- Get room and bed number + access codes within 24 hours prior arrival date
Easy! We have an express checkout: just pack and go. Do not forget to drop used linen in the basket & check that your balance due is paid. LINEN AND TOWELS
Linen is compulsory. The rate is 60 SEK per person per stay. Kindly note that sleeping bags and own bed linen are not allowed due to sanitary regulations. PAYMENT
* At the moment of booking your card will be charged 100% of due balance with a bed linen fee.
* You can pay upon arrival within reception hours, if you arrive past reception hours ACCO hostel reserves the right to charge your card for total amount. If payment is successful you will receive a receipt from us, otherwise we would contact you regarding your payment due.
* Remained due can be paid in cash, card or Swish transfer

AGE RESTRICTIONS & OTHER REGULATIONS
* Children above 10 years are welcome. Please note that we are not suitable for any children below 10 years old.
* Children below 18 years old may stay in hostel in presence of their parents or legal guardians.
* No loud noise between 23.00-07.00
* Smoking, alcohol & drugs: consumption and storage is not allowed
* Hostel is not suitable for wheel chair users due to technical building layout
* Cooking plate available within reception hours due to fire safety policies
* Maximum stay is 14 days

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOW
Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival date (please see cancellation policy of the website you made your booking at, it may differ depending on the rates)
If you cancel past deadline or do not show up for your stay (No Show) you will be due the cancellation fee in full amount. HOW TO FIND US? From ARLANDA AIRPORT: take a bus (~140 sek) or express train (~200 sek) to Stockholm Central Station. From SKAVSTA AIRPORT: take a bus (~200sek) to Stockholm Central Station. From STOCKHOLM CENTRAL STATION: take a metro Red Line towards south ("Fruängen" / "Liljeholmen" / "Norsborg" ), our stop is Zinkensdamm
From ZINKENSDAMM METRO STATION: go out, turn right towards Hornsgatan street and go forward about 2 minutes. ACCO hostel will be on right side along to Hornsgatan street. To see public transport routes and schedules, please visit www.sl.se. Welcome!

Surrounded by popular restaurants, cafés and shops, Acco Hostel offers good-value accommodation with free Wi-Fi, in-room lockers, luggage room, rooms with code locks. Our kitchenette provides you with microwave, kettle and fridge. All rooms include basic furnishing, shared bathroom facilities and windows (apart from one of our 4-bed dorms). Standard rooms have personal lockers with capacity for padlock which you can bring with you, basic rooms have shared open closet. How does it work? - Book your stay and pay full amount to confirm your reservation in advance - Pay for bed linen via provided link - Get room and bed number + access codes within 24 hours prior arrival date Easy! CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in: anytime after 15.00. If you arrive past 18.00 you can check in on your page - just use check in option and stat ACCO hostel as location. Check out: anytime before 11.00. We have an express checkout: just pack and go. Do not forget to drop used linen in the basket & check that your balance due is paid.
