Starting Thursday, April 30, Bonnie’s at Bank Hotel introduces a new weekly concept: selected bottles from the wine cellar, served by the glass.

Ernst Billgren now launches exclusive versions of the dessert Smash the Piggy Bank in collaboration with Bonnie’s at Bank Hotel. For a limited time, four new interpretations inspired by his distinctive artistic expression will be served. A portion of each dessert sold will be donated to Lilla Vilthuset Viltrehabilitering, and you’ll have the chance to win a stay for two at Bank Hotel. Launches March 30.
