Travel brought us together, but it is friendship that keeps us connected

When I first started this journey, I never imagined that it would bring so many wonderful people into my life. Many of you came as viewers, some as customers, but somewhere along the way, we became much more than that.

Through the trips, live streams, laughter, tears, celebrations, and even difficult moments, you’ve stayed with me. The trust and support you’ve given me over the years are gifts that I never take for granted.

Sometimes I look around during our travels and realise that what we’ve built is a relationship that feels like a family travelling through life together. Every trip welcomes new faces, but somehow everyone fits in like old friends.

Thank you for choosing to walk this journey with me. Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. The places we visit are beautiful, but the people I meet along the way are what make every journey truly unforgettable.

The greatest souvenir I have collected from my years of travel isn’t something I can buy. It’s the friendships, memories, and love that all of you have given me. That is priceless.

Guangzhou Must Eat: 33 degrees outside, but when you’re in Guangzhou, no weather is too hot for a good bowl of 老火汤！

Just 5 minutes walk from Beijing Road, find one of my favourite coconut black chicken soups. For less than $5, you get a bowl of deeply flavourful soup. Simple ingredients but after hours of slow boiling, every sip is pure comfort.

Sweating while drinking hot soup in summer may sound crazy, but trust me… some things in life are worth sweating for.

Every trip in Guangzhou feels incomplete without a bowl of 老火汤.

Busan Must Eat : Just a short walk from Haeundae Beach, I visited the premium pork BBQ restaurant serving beautifully dry-aged pork grilled to perfection. The pork was juicy, flavourful and paired wonderfully with fresh basil leaves. Add a bowl of cold naengmyeon and a glass of makgeolli, and the meal is complete.

Right next door is one of Busan’s most famous fish cake shops, serving locals since 1963. The selection was incredible, with freshly made fish / squid cakes in all shapes and flavours. Some were already sold out when we arrived, proving how popular this place is!

Busan is truly a city that enjoy food, every meal feels like a celebration.

Sometimes best memories of destination are not the places you visit, but the flavours you bring home with you.
