The prime location of the 400-room luxury hotel in the heart of the Civic District is in tandem with its rich history. On August 15th, we officially begin our collaboration between Bachour Miami by Antonio Bachour and The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Singapore.

I’m very excited to bring a taste of Bachour to Singapore with our Signature Afternoon Tea, together with 8 Petit Gâteaux, 8 Entremets, a selection of our signature viennoiserie, and 8 savory creations.

We’ve been working hard on this collaboration, bringing together the flavors, techniques and style that represent what we do at Bachour Miami. Seeing it all come to life at such an iconic hotel is very special for me and my team.

This National Day, we celebrated in true Fullerton spirit beneath the soaring atrium of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, honouring the place we call home through familiar flavours, shared traditions and a sense of togetherness.

The Courtyard came alive as guests gathered over nostalgic local favourites alongside our Fullerton team, dressed in shades of red and traditional ethnic wear — a celebration of the cultures that continue to shape our Singapore story.

To our guests, colleagues and fellow Singaporeans who joined us this 9 August, thank you for making our SG61 celebration one to remember.
