Tom Yam is more than just a soup — it’s a cornerstone of Thai cuisine.
The name comes from “tom” (to boil) and “yam” (a bold balance of hot, sour and aromatic flavours). Traditionally served clear, Tom Yam celebrates freshness, contrast and restraint, allowing lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and chili to take center stage.
At Thanying, we present three variations:
🦐 Tom Yam Goong, the timeless prawn classic
🦑 Tom Yam Ruammit Talay, a vibrant seafood variation
🌱 Tom Yam Vegetarian, light yet deeply aromatic
Spicy, sour, fragrant and unmistakably Thai 🌶️🇹🇭 Which one are you ordering when you visit?
