Inspired by the 19th century’s Golden Age of cocktails and fine drinking (1840 to early 1900s), Manhattan at Regent Singapore is a grand hotel bar where craft bartending meets artisanal spirits. In a glamorous space reminiscent of old New York, two culinary stars artfully deliver their rendition of America’s legendary hotel bars. Bar Manager Philip Bischoff and his team draws from a well-edited selection of fine artisanal spirits, the world’s first in-hotel rickhouse, and a remarkable collection of house-made ingredients to expertly revive classic and forgotten cocktails that leap from the pages of history. To complement the inspired beverages, Chef Nicholas Trosien reinvents iconic New York gastronomy, serving up gourmet bar bites that reflect New York’s myriad of cultures. Welcome to the new Golden Age of fine drinking.

Twelve years in, the spirit of Manhattan Bar continues — shaped by craft, conversation, camaraderie, and the timeless energy of New York’s Golden Age of cocktail culture.

A look back at a spectacular April 👉 as we marked our 12th anniversary alongside friends, peers and guests from around the world — with guest shifts, live music, late nights, and cocktails across the bar. The month also saw Manhattan recognised as one of Tatler Best Singapore 2026’s Best 20 Bars, alongside being named a 2026 Spirited Awards®️ Regional Top 10 Honoree for Best International Cocktail Bar — Asia Pacific, presented by — a reminder that the best moments are always the ones gathered together.
