Metropolitan YMCA Singapore (MYMCA) provides opportunities for personal growth in spirit, mind and body and offers avenues for character development, volunteerism and service. National Day Celebrations with M.Y Wellness 🇸🇬

We gathered with 93 seniors at Jalan Besar GRC Community Club, who filled the hall with nostalgic tunes, exciting games and warm laughter.

A heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers, as well as staff from Jalan Besar Active Ageing Centre for sharing precious moments with our seniors. ❤️

A morning of friendship 🌿

Our M.Y Adventure Programme welcomed children from Japan’s Kitakyushu YMCA and Kumamoto YMCA for their study tour in Singapore, where we visited Botanic Gardens together.

Local volunteers and children bonded over the beauty of Singapore’s nature, sharing moments of laughter and joy.

We look forward to embarking on more cultural exchanges!

An outing is much more than sightseeing 🌺🌿

In partnership with Sengkang BCARE Active Ageing Centre, our M.Y Wellness programme brought seniors on a joyful outing to Gardens by the Bay.

Beyond the beautiful sights, these moments of bonding reminded us that our seniors are valued members of our community.

We hope to continue reducing social isolation and bringing the community together 🌸
