As a panellist, our CEO ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐๐บ shared insights on social sustainability and waste management, highlighting the importance of managing food, water and energy more efficiently to reduce waste across hotel operations.
He also underscored the value of mentorship in the industry, noting how strong guidance and opportunities empower individuals to grow their careersโfrom entry-level roles to leadership positions such as General Manager. This includes providing the proper guidance and creating meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable youths within the industry, strengthening diversity and access to work.
