The Opening Plenary on “Leading Towards Sustainability in Hospitality” at the 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 brought together industry leaders to exchange experiences and outline their goals for a more sustainable and inclusive future.

As a panellist, our CEO 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗺 shared insights on social sustainability and waste management, highlighting the importance of managing food, water and energy more efficiently to reduce waste across hotel operations.

He also underscored the value of mentorship in the industry, noting how strong guidance and opportunities empower individuals to grow their careers—from entry-level roles to leadership positions such as General Manager. This includes providing the proper guidance and creating meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable youths within the industry, strengthening diversity and access to work.

At the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 hosted by 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) actively participated in over two and a half days of trade exhibitions and pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. The team was led by 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝘂, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, alongside 𝗙𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗴 from Global Sales Office, China and included representatives from Pan Pacific Singapore, Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗞𝗬𝗢, 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹, 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore.

The Group showcased its premium accommodation portfolio, distinctive resort experiences and strong MICE capabilities, positioning ourselves as a preferred partner for high-end travel. During the event, PPHG was also honoured with the recognition of “Preferred Hotels & Resorts”, further affirming the strength of its offerings within the luxury travel segment.

Engaging with over 100 qualified sub-agencies and key travel partners, the team built meaningful connections, explored new business opportunities and strengthened relationships within the Greater China luxury travel network, further supporting our ongoing business development efforts to drive continued growth in the China market.

We are pleased to mark the successful conclusion of the third edition of the Pan Pacific Hanoi 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 in partnership with the Vietnam University of Fine Arts which received a resounding 200 submissions. This year we introduced 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive and accessible creative expression which underscores Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s dedication to fostering community engagement and empowering youth through the arts.

In 2024, PPHG signed a partnership as the official venue partner for Temasek Foundation’s leadership events.
