💡Screens: Late-night scrolling confuses your brain’s perception of time, leading to poor sleep quality.
🌡Temperature: A hot room can hinder deep sleep, which is crucial for brain recovery.
📝Brain Dump: Writing down tasks before bed can help you fall asleep 15% faster and lower stress.
✈️Jetlag Effect: Sleeping in on weekends can disrupt your body clock.

Try the “1-Hour Reset” tonight:
1️⃣Use night mode on screens.
2️⃣Dim the lights.
3️⃣List three tasks for tomorrow.
4️⃣Open a window or take a warm shower 2-3h before bed.

We get it. It’s midterms week. The pressure is high. Everyone’s running on caffeine.
But here’s the thing: sleep isn’t a break from studying. It’s the last step of it. 🧪

If you drink high-caffeine energy drinks after 2:00 PM:
1️⃣ You block the chemicals that help you fall asleep.
2️⃣ You “shred” your Deep Sleep quality.
3️⃣ You wake up with “Brain Fog,” forgetting half of what you studied.

The Exam Week Hack:
Stop the caffeine at 2:00 PM. 🕓

Try these:
1️⃣ Splash cold water on your face or wrists to wake yourself up.
2️⃣Drink water to hydrate yourself.
3️⃣ Stretch or do a short workout e.g push-ups.
