On 2 and 3 September, Executive Chinese Chef Neal Zeng of one MICHELIN‑starred Song at Four Seasons Hangzhou Centre brings the reimagined flavours of Ningbo and Zhejiang to Jiang‑Nan Chun through an exclusive 10‑course tasting menu celebrating the region's coastal bounty, culinary traditions and exceptional ingredients.​

From live abalone and snow crab to prized seafood from the East China Sea, each course tells a story shaped by decades of craftsmanship and a deep connection to place.​

Begin with savouries such as the Carabinero prawn tartella and Pomodoro, before indulging in sweet creations including Pistachio Raviolo layered with orange marmalade and Fragola, elevated with strawberries, vanilla ganache and delicate edible flowers.​
