Property Policies:
Welcome to our hotel. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies:
1. Bed Usage:
- Please use only the bed assigned to you. Any damages caused by other guests using unauthorized beds will be charged to your booking.
- An 80 SGD cleaning fee will apply if the bed is not used properly. A 10 SGD deposit will be refunded upon check-in.
2. Rooms:
- Absolutely no dining room usage.
- Guests are strictly prohibited from entering other rooms.
- No sharing beds under any circumstances.
3. Additional Guests:
- Infants or children are counted as one guest.
- Additional guests will be charged 50 SGD per night if no extra bed is provided.
4. Late Check-Out:
- Late check-out after 12 PM will incur a 60 SGD fee.
- Late check-out after 2 PM will incur a 120 SGD fee.
5. Linen and Towels:
- Stained bed linens or towels will be charged 10 SGD per item.
6. Personal Belongings:
- The hotel is not responsible for any items or belongings stored in lockers or in the rooms.
7. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. A cleaning fee of 250 SGD will be applied if smoking is detected on the premises.
- Smoking in the dining area is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of 300 SGD will be applied if smoking is detected in this area.
8. Support:
- Support is available 24 hours.
9. Reservation Policy:
- We are present on all online booking sites. The hotel will not refund money if you do not arrive.
