Meet Mr. Ben Ng, Sous Chef of Lawry’s Taipei and one of its most experienced carvers, with over 20 years of service.

A familiar face to many loyal guests, Ben is known for his warm hospitality, skilled tableside carving and dedication to the Lawry’s tradition. He also spent several weeks supporting Lawry’s Singapore in 2011, making his connection with our restaurant a special one.

Beyond the Silver Cart, Ben has also created a number of dishes that have become favourites among local guests in Taipei.
