y of activities such surfing the Majestic Waves of Puraran Beach, trekking the neighboring points of Binurong and Balacay, and touring the island with our local touring partners. While we strive to give our guests the best experience, please keep mind of our limited ability as a small resort and expectations reasonable. Puraran Surf Beach Resort is located in Baras, an area a bit far from the city center of Catanduanes. Many may find the travel to Puraran to be arduous, but difficult paths have always lead to beautiful heights. That said, while we allow walk-ins, we strongly advise guests to have a prior reservations before paying a visit to avoid any mishaps. Means of transportation may vary depending on the size of your party. For solo travelers or 2~4 pax, a tricycle from Virac Airport to Virac Pier followed by a public van or jeep going directly to Puraran, though tedious, is ideal for budget trips. For 10pax or more, it’s more advisable to find a local van rental that does direct drop offs to Puraran. For room rates, please refer to the album in this page.
