Monstera bistro

Čez dan se gostje v Monstera bistroju hitro in okusno najejo, saj sveže sezonske sestavine kraljujejo v bistrojskih kosilih – meni se menja skoraj vsak teden: na izbiro sta dve predjedi, štiri glavne jedi in dve sladici, pri čemer je ena od izbir vselej brezmesna.

Ob koncu tedna (od četrtka do sobote) pa si naš chef Bine Volčič ob večerih privošči svojo kuharsko svobodo v sezonskem degustacijskem meniju in skupaj s svojimi gosti raziskuje nova kulinarična obzorja.

Ker se v Monstera bistroju želimo posvetiti vsakemu gostu, jih lahko naenkrat sprejmemo le 24. Ob nedeljah in praznikih počivamo.
