V Alpik Chalets v Ukancu verjamemo, da so majhna dejanja tista, ki ohranjajo veliko zgodbo - zgodbo Bohinja, njegove neokrnjene narave in miru, ki ga vsi iščemo, ko se umaknemo v osrčje Triglavskega narodnega parka.

Zlati varuh te narave je Zlatorog. Mogočno in starodavno bitje, ki je svoje zatočišče našlo v koncu sveta. Njegova zgodba je vtkana v Bohinj in tudi v našo zgodbo.

Zlatorog vas spremlja od trenutka, ko prvič odprete vrata naše hiške, kot opomnik, da smo v tem čudovitem okolju le gostje in da lahko vsak od nas z majhnimi dejanji pomaga ohraniti njegovo lepoto tudi za prihodnje generacije.

Še trije dnevi do Kravjega bala. 🐄

V nedeljo bo Ukanc znova zaživel v ritmu bohinjske tradicije. S planin se bo vrnila živina, zazveneli bodo kravji zvonci, zadišalo bo po domačih dobrotah in za trenutek se bo zdelo, kot da se je čas ustavil.

Dogodek, ki nas vsako leto spomni, kako globoko je življenje v Bohinju povezano s planinami, živino in ljudmi, ki to dediščino ohranjajo.

Vse to le ovinek stran od naših namestitev.

Only three more days until Kravji Bal. 🐄

On Sunday, Ukanc will once again come alive with the traditions of Bohinj. The cattle will return from the mountain pastures, cowbells will ring, the air will fill with the scent of local delicacies, and for a moment, it may feel as if time has stood still.

Each year, this celebration reminds us how deeply life in Bohinj is connected to the mountains, the cattle and the people who keep this heritage alive.

And it all takes place just around the corner from our chalets.

»Čudovito urejena hiška, opremljena z veliko pozornosti do detajlov. Odlična lokacija, saj za hiško teče reka, do jezera pa je le kratek sprehod. Popoln kraj za sprostitev. Mnogo spominov se začne s »Ko sem bil otrok, smo z družino bili v Bohinju...«.

Prišel je ta čudoviti čas, ko se v Bohinju vse malo umiri. A možnosti kako preživeti čas zunaj je še vedno ogromno. Gremo raziskovat, iskat Zlatoroga, mogoče se zbudi Govic. Ob vodi, na vodi, v vodo. Narava je najboljša učilnica, toliko življenja vse naokoli.

Slišijo se zvonci. Tako kot nekoč. Sir, mleko, majerska oblačila, vonj po senu. Tako kot nekoč. Preprosto življenje naših prednikov. Še vedno živi med nami, še vedno tli.
Poklon vsemu, kar so nam dali. Njihovemu delu, tradiciji, ki še danes ustvarja zgodbo Bohinja.
