Hostel Kobarid

The author’s design of beds offers private space and extraordinary comfort with a curtain, individual lighting, an electrical socket, clothing hooks, free Wi-Fi and a locker under the bed.

Guests are provided with pure white cotton bed linen and a towel.

Room types

There are three types of bedrooms:

For mix genders;

For women only;

For couples.

Yes, we have double bunk beds for couples! The width of the bunk bed is 140 cm. When couple comes, definitely they chose this room.

Plenty of showers & toilets

There are separate mens and womens bathrooms with 3 shower cabins, sinks, mirrors in each. The hairdryier is provided. Also there are plenty of toilets and there is no que there even if hostel is fully occupied.

Fully equipped kitchen with spacious living area

We know how much it’s important for travellers to find a proper kitchen like at home. Kitchen of Hostel Kobarid has everything what you need for cooking and even more! It has modern design, the convenient facilities and enough space for cooking for few people together.

Spacious living area accompanying kitchen warmly welcomes guests to hang out and chill. Big screen TV offers Netflix & YouTube channels.

Inside the town center, but close to nature

The most awesome feature of Hostel Kobarid, is that being placed inside the town center, it has own private alpine garden.

Location

Hostel Kobarid is located in beautiful Soca Valley of Julian Alps, right in the center of old town. Many cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets including a bus stop and parking area are a short walk away.

The location is perfect to explore the sights of the old city center, museum WW1, the Church St.Anton, waterfall Kozjak and many different natural surroundings reachable by foot. Kobarid is a good point to start different hiking routes.

Area is perfect for trecking, paragliding, rafting, kayaking, cycling, canyoning.

Kobarid stays on the way of famous Alpe-Adria-Trail. So, long distance hikers you are very welcome :).
