The apartment is located on the 1st floor in older house in the city center on Rimska street, where you have Faculty of Philosophy and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, just around the corner and you can walk (or cycle) to Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Chemistry, faculty of Pharmacy.
Each room has at least one working place and wardrobe.

- Room is 17m2 big, 2 single beds, for 2 people
o Price is 350,00 eur / person

Room No 8:
- Room is 22m2 big, 3 single beds, for 3 people
o Price is 300,00 eur / person
o available from 15th February 26
All costs included, also WI-FI, cleaning once per month.

The place is under renovation at the moment and it will be ready latest on 15th February 2026. In case it will be ready earlier, move in will be possible earlier. Because of renovation, we don't have real photos yet, but we have prepared few renders, so you can get a feeling how it will look like and few photos of curent situation.
