Slovenian cuisine has been influenced not only by a Slavic heritage, but also by neighboring countries cuisines. Pizzas and pastas came from the Italy, neighborhood with Germany and Austria brought a love to simplicity and to the meat. Balkan motives had been influenced from the south side of the country. Slovenian cuisine is an incredible mix of dishes with different origins!

Seafood is a hit of any menu, time of day and season, but only if they are skillfully prepared!
We would like to present to your attention a very hearty seafood soup by the virtuoso chef of our : shrimps, mussels, squids and fillet of monkfish are cooked in a rich broth with farm tomatoes, red wine, onions and seaweed. Polenta and Parmesan add special tenderness to the dish!
