On behalf of the Roset Hotel & Residence team, we extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mr. Matyšák. He was not only a visionary founder of one of Slovakia’s most renowned wineries, but also a true ambassador of Slovak tradition, quality, and hospitality. His work enriched our culture and brought joy to many, and his legacy will continue to inspire for generations to come.

Our thoughts are with his family, colleagues, and all who share in the sorrow of this loss.

Amid the fast rise in COVID-19 cases and in response to the state of emergency and national lockdown declared by the Slovak government on the 25th of November 2021, effective Friday, 26th of November 2021 our facilities will be CLOSED until the 31st of January 2022.

We will continue to monitor the government’s updates and guidance and will adapt our response accordingly and keep you informed.

On the meantime, we will carry out some planned revision and maintenance work to better serve you in the year to come.
