NEW YEAR, NEW EXPEDITION | 3rd Edition

We are stoked to announce our 3rd annual international surf expedition. Following the success of the 'Mauritania and Western Sahara' trips, we are back for a third edition in Angola.

Ngor Island Surfcamp is forever committed to pushing our surf guiding to the next level.

This 3000km route is from Luanda, including exploration of the central coast of Sumbe, before heading south to the stunning, rugged landscapes of Namibe.

In the Namibe, we will be chasing the same jaw-dropping waves as seen in the recent viral "MAPS TO NOWHERE" episode.

This is a remote adventure on one of the last untouched frontiers of surf exploration.

This expedition starts from, and returns to, Luanda.

Surf exploration is an integral part of our surf guiding. We ran our first international expedition in 2023, which has since become a popular annual tradition. A lot of the African coastline is still uncharted in terms of surf. In this video, we're laying some ground work for some new location expeditions...stay tuned!
