Bellair Hotels is RECRUITING:
We are right now recruiting for the post of a RECEPTIONIST and CHEF for our Sally Hotel and Resort.
The vacancy details are as follow:
RECEPTIONIST
DESCRIPTION
Answering telephones, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to customers and excellent customer service at all times
Greet persons entering organization
Deal with queries from customers
Ensures knowledge of product
General administrative and clerical support
Prepare letters and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments
Attend staff meetings and de-briefs daily
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport
Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager
You will be required to be flexible in your job role and may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs
Night security duties will be required for male Receptionists

REQUIREMENTS
First Aid certificate
Experience within a Front of House team
Organizing and planning
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
Reliability and Highly motivated individual
Professional and personal presentation

Good communication skills - oral and written
Be able to manage Information
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure Qualifications
IBT 3 or good knowledge of all MS Applications
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
CHEF
DESCRIPTION
Assist in providing all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks)
Ensure high standards of preparation, presentation and quality of food
Assistance with the service of the daily set menu
Take food samples of all high risk food in accordance with HACCP regulations and maintain records
Undertake a daily kitchen-cleaning schedule and to assist in washing up as required
Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
Be aware of stock levels and to assist in compiling orders as required
Receive deliveries of food ensuring it is checked, stored away correctly and rotated effectively in accordance with HACCP regulations
Work in the restaurant serving on buffets, breakfasts and other occasions as required
Assist in providing special dietary requirements according to the needs of your guests

Food Hygiene Certificate
First Aid certificate
Previous chef experience
Passion for cooking and desire to produce high quality food
Be able to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of health & safety legislation
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team as well working as an individual
Highly motivated individual
Good communication skills - oral and written
