Senior role reporting to the General Manager. You drive outbound sales across the Hotel, the Academy, Covana Kitchen and hosted retreats, focused on the retreat market and corporate accounts.

What we need:
• 5+ years of B2B sales in hospitality, travel, wellness or events
• Numbers in your CV — revenue closed, deal sizes, quota attainment
• Experience closing group bookings, venue partnerships or corporate events
• CRM discipline. Fluent English, Spanish preferred
• Comfortable travelling to trade shows and site visits

What we offer: competitive base, commission on retreat revenue and tour operator agreements, override on corporate events, annual bonus, travel covered. Rooming in the El Zonte area is available. No relocation package, but we support the migratory process.
