ประกาศแจ้งเตือนความปลอดภัยข้อมูลผู้เข้าพัก
กรณีสงสัยการเปิดเผยข้อมูลการจองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
Insda Wellness Resort ขอแจ้งให้ผู้เข้าพัก คู่ค้า และผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบว่า เราพบเหตุการณ์ครั้งที่สองที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน ซึ่งข้อมูลการจองที่ไม่เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะปรากฏอยู่ในอีเมลหลอกลวงจากบุคคลภายนอก
อีเมลดังกล่าวมีรายละเอียดสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลการจองจริง เช่น ชื่อผู้เข้าพัก วันที่เข้าพัก วันที่ออก จำนวนเงิน ชื่อโรงแรม และที่อยู่โรงแรม และมีเนื้อหาโน้มน้าวให้ผู้เข้าพักกรอกข้อมูลบัตรชำระเงินผ่านลิงก์ภายนอก
Insda Wellness Resort ได้แจ้งเหตุการณ์ต่อ ZUZU ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง และขอให้ตรวจสอบระบบ บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน API การเชื่อมต่อ การเข้าถึงข้อมูล การส่งออกข้อมูล และผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

จากเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำเป็นครั้งที่สอง ประกอบกับการตรวจสอบและคำชี้แจงที่ยังไม่เพียงพอ รวมถึงความบกพร่องด้านการสื่อสาร การจัดการข้อร้องเรียน และการควบคุมข้อมูล Insda Wellness Resort และ Chiang Mai Wellbeing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. จึงได้ออกหนังสือแจ้งยกเลิกสัญญากับ ZUZU ตามสิทธิและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา
ขณะนี้เรากำลังดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจอง ยกระดับการควบคุมบัญชีและสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง ขอให้เก็บรักษาหลักฐานทางเทคนิคทั้งหมด และดำเนินการทางกฎหมายตามความจำเป็น

Guest Data Security Notice
Suspected Unauthorized Disclosure of Booking Information
Insda Wellness Resort wishes to inform our guests, partners, and relevant parties that we have identified a second incident of a similar nature in which non-public booking information appeared in phishing emails sent by external parties.
The emails contained information consistent with genuine booking records, including the guest’s name, check-in and check-out dates, booking amount, hotel name, and hotel address. The messages attempted to persuade guests to provide payment-card information through external links.
Insda Wellness Resort reported the incident to ZUZU, the relevant system provider, and requested an investigation into its systems, user accounts, APIs, integrations, data access, data exports, and related third-party service providers.
However, ZUZU’s investigation has not provided sufficient verifiable details regarding the scope of the investigation, the logs reviewed, the cause of the information appearing in the hands of external parties, or reliable preventive measures confirming that the incident will not recur.
ZUZU has stated that it has not found evidence that its core systems were directly compromised. However, this statement does not adequately explain how external parties obtained non-public booking information.
Due to the recurrence of this type of incident, together with the insufficient investigation and explanation, communication failures, complaint-management deficiencies, and data-control concerns, Insda Wellness Resort and Chiang Mai Wellbeing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. have issued formal notice terminating the agreement with ZUZU in accordance with the Agreement and applicable procedures.
We are continuing to review our booking data, strengthen account and access controls, preserve all relevant technical evidence, and take further legal action where appropriate.

If you receive a message requesting booking verification, payment, or card details, please contact the resort through its official communication channels before taking any action.
Insda Wellness Resort sincerely apologizes for the concern and inconvenience caused. We are taking all reasonable steps to protect our guests’ information and security.
