Jaruwan Ekbua, known to locals as "Alek" (or JJ) left her corporate life in fresh food to start her own organic farm and self sustainability project in 2012. Loved by everyone who knows her for her selflessness, friendliness and wisdom, she was inspired by the teachings of Buddha and the King's project. Her community and local friends live a life of sharing and helping each other and never expecting anything in return. Money has little meaning here in a place where if you want something, a friend is always ready and willing to give a helping hand. Self sustainable community living is the norm in this little paradise. Alek loves to share her vast knowledge and wisdom with anyone who wishes to learn, Always with that famous Thai smile. Mulberry farm is an ongoing project. Come here and help or kick back and relax. You can find Mulberry Farm on google map
