🍍🥥 A Taste of Salak Phet — Mussels in Coconut Curry with Pineapple 🦪🌿

Looking for something truly local to try?

Our Mussels in Coconut Curry with Pineapple is a traditional Thai dish made with fresh mussels sourced directly from local fishermen in Salak Phet Bay.

The curry is creamy, aromatic and gently spicy, with a beautiful balance of sweet, savory and slightly tangy flavors. The sweetness and freshness of the mussels pair perfectly with the juicy, slightly sour pineapple, while coconut milk gives the dish a rich and smooth finish.

It’s comforting, fragrant and full of the flavors of the sea and the local community. 🌊🍍

Fresh from Salak Phet Bay, cooked with local tradition, and served with a taste of Koh Chang. ❤️

Come and discover one of our favorite local dishes!
