Reservation bookings 30% of total days/nights - pay remaining balance on day of check in when you arrive. NOTE: we have two pool villas next to each other and can combine for larger 8 bedroom family/guests. If booking both at same dates then price is 4,000 baht each villa. ( = 8,000 baht/night total for 2 villas)

PLEASE NOTE:
1) security deposit 3,000 baht per villa in case of any property damage, deposit returned back on day of check out.
2) reservation deposit is 100% refundable in case of cancellation. You can cancel not later than 6 days before check in. If 6 days or less then the deposit is NON refunable.
