Due to ill health, it is with great regret that the Nam Jai restaurant is today available to lease. Perfect location at the end of Bang Po Beach.

On 1st January there is a new 10 year lease available direct with the owner. Rent is 100k per month for restaurant and 7 unfinished cottages. The restaurant is fully equipped and ready to open. However, if a lessee is not found quickly then we will sell off all the fixtures and fittings in a bonanza sale.

Kitchen fridges, equipment, crockery, mincing and meat cutting machinery, top range BBQ's, gas grills and commercial smoker. Wooden butchers blocks, glassware, fryers, freezers. Luxury bamboo sun loungers, tables, chairs.......everything must go! And no sensible offer refused.
