Fair House Villas & Spa is a locally owned, romantic beachfront resort that offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy areas of Koh Samui. In the lush tropical gardens you will find our airy and spacious traditional Thai-style bungalows that were carefully built to harmonize with their natural surroundings. We offer six different room categories, all with private balcony or terrace, ranging f

rom our Garden Villas to the exclusive Beach Front Villas, which feature private swimming pools. The “Bre-Eze” open air restaurant offers fabulous gastronomy from a traditional Thai and a modern Western kitchen, accompanied by delightful wines from our wine list. Guests are also entertained by various activities offered free of charge around the pool and beach area. In addition, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the island during long, romantic walks on the tranquil beach of Maenam. At the “Pandanus” Spa, guests can treat themselves with a wide range of traditional massages and beauty treatments. We also offer our guests free shuttles several times every day to the buzzing life of Chaweng, which is only 15 minutes away. At Fair House Villas & Spa, we pride ourselves as one of the key promoters of environmental preservation of Koh Samui. In 2007, the hotel initiated the island wide “Green Project”, which promotes sustainability through numerous programs, such as on-site waste management, coral planting and awareness programs in the local community. We also have a vast organic garden on property, where you can find a wide range of tropical fruits and exotic herbs that are also used in our kitchens.
