We have just returned from a great stay where 17 of us stayed in the beautiful Villa Astasia and also some Ocean Front rooms.
The resort is wonderful with a stunning beach. The staff were fun and attentive.

Jane and Phil were excellent hosts and Debbie the wedding co-ordinator did us proud. We all had a great stay. The boys especially liked the fact that Phil accompanied them on the stag night :) Thanks very much all.

We are delighted to welcome to Shiva Samui our new Executive Chef, Jerome Mancinelli.

Having started out on an apprenticeship at just 14 under the guidance of a member of the “maitre artisan de France”, Jerome developed his career as a Pastry Chef before moving to Japan where his experience and skills developed further, particularly under the Chef of a French Restaurant in Tokyo who imparted everything he knew about French Cuisine.

Jerome then moved to Okinawa where he was Pastry Chef and Executive Sous Chef for a 5 Star hotel in an Italian and Fine Dining French Restaurant before moving over to Koh Samui.

We are absolutely delighted to have Jerome at the resort and we know that our guests are going to love the food he creates.
