Lovely activities with our wellness manager Helene ✨
This meditation, Joshin Kokyu-Ho (Breathing to Purify the Mind), is a traditional Reiki breathing practice that helps bring the mind into stillness and reconnect us with the flow of energy through the body.🌬️

As we inhale, we visualize Reiki energy entering through the crown of the head and flowing down to the Tanden, the energy center below the navel. As we exhale, we allow that energy to expand gently throughout the entire body.💫

A beautiful practice of breath, presence, and inner balance. 🌿
