Our pool villas are a new addition to the resort and offer the ultimate in luxury accommodation. It is a wonderful honeymoon hideaway for couples. Situated is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and enjoy with private pool size of 3 x 6 sq m.

Thai-style Villa with private pool
You enter the two bedroom villa through heavy wooden gates which open into a breathtaking open courtyard. Steps lead you down to an entrance pool, complete with floating stepping-stone path leading through the pool to the villa entrance.
Opening the main door and stepping inside the villa is an unforgettable experience. To say that there’s a wow-factor would be somewhat of an understatement. In fact, it’s impossible to take everything in at once, there’s one awe inspiring feature after another and, even after spending a considerable time in this room, you can expect to notice something that you’ve missed before.
The seating layout, around a large central coffee table, makes this the perfect room for socializing. There’s also a 50-inch flat screen TV facing the seating area for when the conversation runs dry. And it’s on this wall where the sense of drama comes in. The TV is mounted on a wall of textured wallpaper and framed by an oversized, wooden contemporary-styled Thai archway.
The master-suite features a king size bed, make-up/dressing table, bathtub and rain-shower feature. From here you have a private terrace and direct access into the poolside and private steps into the tempting infinity pool. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a 32-inch flat screen TV, a make-up/dressing table, an en-suite bathroom and it is opposite from the master-suite. 
The dining room two large pillars create the entrance way to the lower level. A sloping wooden ceiling covers this comfortable space. On one side of the pillars a wooden sofa is covered in the finest Thai silks, on the other there’s an antique leather-bound desk with a traditionally shaped table lamp, glazed in a very modern striped pattern. Behind the desk and facing the opening glass doors which line the front of this room is a true work of art. 
To the left of this dining space is the appropriately positioned kitchen. High quality traditionally styled wooden units are brought up to date with black granite surfaces, chrome fixtures and fittings, a large central island feature and cutting-edge metallic tiling. There is a kitchen complete a fully equipment.

The three bedroom villa has the very essence of the Chinese culture embedded in every carefully planned and impeccably designed detail; in every room throughout the whole property.
This villa sits on the left of the path which takes you past the first pavilion sitting behind the main villa. This houses a private double en-suite bedroom and offers extra privacy from the main villa.
Approaching the main villa, the first room you come to is an incredibly eye-catching open-plan dining and lounge area. This elevated room is exquisitely furnished and benefits from detailed black slate tiles with an ornate white design. A ten-seat dining table dominates the first space. There’s also a 32-inch flat screen TV facing the dining area.
The master-suite features a living area, king size bed, 32-inch flat screen TV, make-up/dressing table, bathtub and rain-shower feature. You can direct access into the poolside and private steps into the tempting infinity pool. The second bedroom has an ocean view balcony, king size bed, a 32-inch flat screen TV, a make-up/dressing table, bathtub and rain-shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed, a 32-inch flat screen TV, a make-up/dressing table and en-suite bathroom. 
p>The terrace lined pool is a real communal feature with a covered poolside Sala providing a place to relax, dine or simply escape the Samui heat without having to go indoors. Steps behind the Sala lead down into the gardens and through to the beach.

Returning to the lounge dining area, to the left of this is a path which leads to the first functional kitchen and then into the main villa kitchen with central island feature and a light fitting which completely transforms the whole room when in use. There is a kitchen complete a fully equipment.
This villa is elegant and stylish with flexible accommodation options to make it ideal for families and friends who wish to share the facilities whilst retaining their own private space.

Indian-style Villa with private pool

The four bedroom villa has some interesting and unique architectural features to allow for the natural topography of the location. In fact the entrance hallway leads into the open-plan lounge and dining area which forms a bridge-like structure spanning a natural dip in the landscape.

On entering the hallway the first piece of furniture you notice is an antique cabinet made from and incorporating designs of cutlasses. The style and quality of this first item is reflected throughout.

To the right of the entrance is a guest bathroom and straight ahead is an almost cathedral-like space. Glass windows span both sides of the room, which lies parallel to the ocean giving excellent views of the grounds and the sea beyond.

Beyond the dining area there is a serving kitchen and then a hallway which links the rest of the rooms on this level. A hatch in the serving kitchen faces the door to the villa’s main kitchen which is extremely well appointed with white units topped with black granite surfaces. There is a kitchen complete a fully equipment.

The master-suite features a living area, king size bed, 50-inch flat screen TV, make-up/dressing table, sunken bathtub and rain-shower feature. Doors beyond the bathtub open to reveal the view over the pool terrace and out to the ocean. You can direct access into the poolside and private steps into the tempting infinity pool. The second, third and fourth bedroom have a king size bed, a 32-inch flat screen TV, a make-up/dressing table and en-suite bathroom.

In front of the master-suite there’s a large stone terrace and a blue-tiled infinity swimming pool complete with a poolside Sala offering ideal outdoor dining options. In front of the pool, manicured gardens lead directly onto the beach.

This villa is an extraordinary property and like the others on the Pawanthorn estate, it is completely unique. It has a hand-built quality and provides a feeling that you’re experiencing something extremely special.
