--100% refund if thailand has big problem all around of contry or this region has big issue and the customer can not come or cannot allow to come to kho phayam by all transportation.
--80 % refund if you got the problem in your family.For example somebody in your family has injured or energency case and must be stay in the hospital(your son,doughter,wife,husband and your parent) or it has funural of your family or very close cursin and it need to show the document signed up by the public hospital doctor .
--80% refund if you do cancellation more than one 1month.
--50%refund if you cancel before 2 weeks.
--40% refund if you cancel before 1 week.
-0% refund if you cancel not more than 7days of your check in date. special offer option
If you are not get ready to come and you have to informed early more than 1month you have got one chance to postpone to next time for free of charge and it must be paid 20% for postpone fee if you let me know later before before 1weeks of check in date and the new booking must be book before 1 month and it must be has some room available.
