Eind dit jaar wil ik voor een paar maanden naar Thailand - Isaan en Chiang Rai/Chiang Mai. Bestaat er in Thailand een vorm van B&B? En zo ja, waar vind ik adressen? Of is homestay zoiets als B&B.

Als de titel van dit verhaal u niet direct iets zegt, dan bent u er waarschijnlijk nog nooit geweest. Het is namelijk één van de nieuwste provincies van Thailand, die op 1 december 1993 werd gevormd.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben zelf een woning laten bouwen in Thailand, waarbij we het belangrijk vonden dat het huis qua karakter zou passen in de omgeving (platteland).

Weinig toeristen bezoeken de Isaan. Dat is jammer want de grootste regio van Thailand in het noordoosten heeft veel te bieden.

DISCRIPTION WanWisa Bungalows & Homestay was built in 2008 in the authentic Thai architectural style and is surrounded by 2 acres of gardens and large fishing ponds. Local culture and nature are arround the corner and we provide a ultimate place to relax. BUNGALOW: (new) We offer a private bungalow with AC, refridgerator and Queensize bed, with a nice terrace overlooking the water. During your stay you can make free use of the coffee and tea fascilities ROOMS In the house we provide some stylish but simply furnished rooms which offer a beautiful view over the garden. During your stay you can make free use of the coffee and tea fascilities FOOD Breakfast is available and evening meals are available upon request CAMPING Campers are welcome to set up a tent in our garden. Separate sanitary facilities are available. PARKING Parkingspace is free available on the property SERVICE - Laundry service - Pick up service from Khon Kaen Airport upon request. - Car rental (with driver) upon request
