⛳ One Year, Two Floods, and a Backyard Dream: Before & After Photos You Won’t Believe 🌧️🌴
Exactly one year ago, I stood in front of a forgotten patch of overgrown land with a wild idea — to build my own backyard golf green from scratch. No landscapers. No blueprint. Just dedication, trial-and-error, and sweat under the tropical sun.
🏞️ Before Photo: The very first day. Weeds. Mud. Chaos. A dream still buried in the dirt.
🌱 After Photo: Taken just after surviving the September flood. A transformed, thriving green that reflects thousands of hours of hard work, care, and love for the game. (And yes… another flood is hitting now as I post this 😅).
This isn’t just a lawn — it’s a DIY golf resort project, part of a larger mission to revive an abandoned property into something truly unique. Between golf turf restoration, tropical gardening challenges, and more floods than I can count, the journey has been intense… but worth it.
🏌️♂️ Every blade of grass you see in that “after” photo was earned.
