"Baan Rai Me Rak" wasn't born from a grand business plan, but rather bloomed from a simple question about life's most basic essential: food. Our journey is guided by the invaluable wisdom of King Rama IX’s "Sufficiency Economy Philosophy."

"Grow what you eat, eat what you grow, and share what remains." 🌾💚

🥚 Trouble peeling fresh eggs with the shell constantly sticking and tearing? 😩

Baan Rai Meerak has a simple trick for you! 🍳

✨ Drop eggs in boiling water: High heat forces the inner membrane to instantly detach from the shell.
🧊 Shock in an ice bath immediately: Plunging them into icy water right after boiling shrinks the egg, making the shell slide right off in seconds!

Give this method a try for perfectly smooth, beautiful boiled eggs every time! 💚

🥬 Eating veggies every day... how safe are they really? 🥦

These days, everyone is health-conscious and adding more greens to their diet. But did you know those fresh, vibrant vegetables on your plate might carry hidden pesticide residues?

Over time, accumulating these toxins can silently disrupt your digestive system, hormones, and immune system. 🌿✨

Just one word: "Enough." 🌻

You don't need to have what others have, just be happy with what's yours.

Happiness isn't measured by your bank balance, but by your daily peace of mind. ✨

🍌The secret behind our giant golden banana bunch... 🍌

Nothing complicated at all — it's simply "good soil"!

At Baan Rai Me Rak, we believe that when you take good care of the soil, the soil rewards you with beautiful harvests like this 🌱 Sweet, fragrant, firm flesh — one bite and you'll know exactly how different it is from ordinary bananas 😋

Who else loves golden bananas? Drop a comment below! 👇💛

🌱 Good soil, good greens

Want to grow beautiful organic vegetables? The secret isn't in the seeds — it's in the soil.

At Baan Rai Me Rak, we spread compost made from our own farm materials, cover the beds with straw, and let nature do the rest. Living soil grows sweet, crisp vegetables all on its own 💚
