A refined expression of a traditional Thai hot-season dish.

Built around temperature and aroma, Sisaket organic jasmine rice is infused with jasmine candle and blossoms, then served chilled in jasmine flower–scented Sai Yok spring water - designed to refresh the palate from the first bite.

The accompaniments are carefully balanced: shrimp paste and roasted catfish pralines for savoury depth, candied turnip and shallot for sweetness, pork floss for richness, and stuffed local pepper for a mild, lingering heat.
