Great vacation house for a group of friends or family! Lots to do nearby. Terrific host! The Kamala Beach House is located within about a five minute walk to the beach and high street. There were no surprises. Everthing was as described, very nice, clean safe place. The pool is nice. It is small and clean good enough to take a dip to cool off. There are stairs going up and down but we managed well. The basement was cool and really cute and comfortable. The 7/11 is litetally a stones throw away and had everything we needed. Usually there is a tuk tuk or taxi right across from the 7/11. There is traffic noise but not an issue if you consider how close you'd be to marvelous massages, exquisite meals, drinks and shopping. We enjoyed making conversation with the Thai people as well as visitors from many places. The fruits from the cart/ stands along the way are so tasty. The 3 bedrooms and private baths were beautifully appointed and spacious. The water was remarkably soft and water pressure was good. Hair dryers had been added to the home which was a nice surprise. There are beautiful wardrobes in each room equipped with plenty of hangers. The entire house has a beachy soft theme. The house was very clean as we had daily maid service. We enjoyed coffee at the house each morning and cooked breakfast twice. Lounging in the A/C during the hottest part of the day was great. Our entire party agreed the beds were super comfortable! We all slept well each evening. Julia hosted and was wonderful as was her staff. I asked for a coffee pot and starter groceries and it was done. Groceries were shopped for put away and I was able to reimburse upon arrive. It was very reasonable and convenient. I appreciated Julia handling airport taxi reservations and her staff coming to make sure we got off okay. The entire trip was a pleasure. Thank you Julia and Robert for sharing.
