This September, Kata Sea Breeze Resort is delighted to introduce Mawynn’s Star — Khun Sroisuda Thongkham (Dao), our FB Team Leader at The Bar.

Working at the heart of our Food & Beverage operation, Khun Dao plays an important role in ensuring that our restaurant and bar services run smoothly and consistently. Her responsibilities include maintaining service standards, overseeing daily set-up and cleanliness, managing staff schedules and team readiness, and closely looking after our guests to create the best possible dining experience.

She also takes care of handling unexpected situations and guest concerns, finding appropriate solutions with care and professionalism. In addition, she supports basic cost control by checking beverage stocks and operational equipment.

For Khun Dao, great leadership is not only about giving direction, but also about leading by example. She believes in “Leadership by Example” — demonstrating the right standards through her own actions and inspiring the team to deliver consistent service.

Her working philosophy is also built around “Presence & an Eye for Detail” — being attentive enough to notice what may need attention before a guest does — together with “Emotional Intelligence”, staying calm under pressure, managing unexpected situations, and understanding the different personalities within the team.

By bringing these qualities together, Khun Dao helps create a supportive team environment where everyone can work together effectively, stay motivated, and most importantly, deliver warm and memorable experiences to our guests. 🧡🩶🤎
