หัวข้อสำคัญที่เน้นย้ำในการอบรมครั้งนี้
✅ความสะอาดทุกซอกทุกมุม: ตรวจสอบตั้งแต่ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ พื้น ผนัง เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ตู้เสื้อผ้า และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ต้องปราศจากฝุ่นและคราบ
ห้องน้ำคือจุดสำคัญ: เน้นการขัดพื้นกระเบื้อง ยาแนว สุขภัณฑ์ และกระจกให้เงา แห้ง และไม่มีกลิ่นอับ
✅การจัดห้องพัก: เตียงต้องเรียบ ตึง ผ้าปูสะอาด โต๊ะ ตู้ หน้าทีวี เช็ดให้สะอาดและจัดของให้เป็นระเบียบตาม Standard
✅พื้นที่ส่วนกลางและภายนอก: ทางเดิน ล็อบบี้ ระเบียง และบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ ต้องสะอาด ปลอดภัย และดูสวยงามอยู่เสมอ

The management team organized a staff Training program focused on cleanliness under the theme:
“A Beautiful Hotel, As Warm As Home” 🫂
Here are some highlights from today’s housekeeping training session.
Our management team and department heads went down to the actual areas to provide knowledge and demonstrate cleaning procedures according to hotel standards.
Key topics emphasized in this training:
✅ Cleanliness in Every Corner: Inspection from bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, walls, furniture, wardrobes, and all equipment. Everything must be dust-free and spotless.
Bathrooms are a top priority: Focus on scrubbing floor tiles, grout, sanitary ware, and mirrors until they are shiny, dry, and free of any musty odor.
✅ Room Setup: Beds must be neat and tight, with clean linens. Tables, cabinets, and TV areas must be wiped clean and arranged neatly according to Standard.
✅ Common Areas & Outdoors: Walkways, lobby, balconies, and the swimming pool area must always be clean, safe, and beautiful.
