A taste of Phuket, with a little something from our own garden.

For Phuket Lobster Festival 2026, Chef Em created a special Lobster Brioche, bringing together Phuket lobster with Gotu Kola, parsley and Coral Vine grown within Metadee’s own garden.

From garden to table, the dish celebrates local ingredients through a fresh interpretation shaped by the character of the island and the creativity of our culinary team.

On July 24, our team proudly joined the 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 organized by the 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, standing alongside local businesses, organizations, and volunteers with one shared purpose: caring for the place we all call home.

Looking after a destination goes beyond hospitality. It means protecting its natural beauty, supporting the local community, and working together to create a positive impact for everyone who lives here and everyone who visits.

It was also a meaningful opportunity to strengthen our team, connect with our community, and be reminded that even small actions can make a lasting difference.
