One fish from Thailand.
One recipe from South of France.
And somehow…
They become best friend 😏
Fresh barramundi,
slow-cooked Provençal vegetables,
garlic,
tomato,
olive vibes,
fresh herbs doing their thing.
No cream.
No heavy sauce.
No food coma.
Just sunshine on a plate laa ☀️
Like if Bangkok, Marseille and Koh Tao had one very delicious baby 555.
Light enough for lunch. Teasing na.
Dangerous enough to order bread and clean the whole bowl after 😈
