🐟🇫🇷 Barramundi Provençale naaa.

One fish from Thailand.

One recipe from South of France.

And somehow…

They become best friend 😏

Fresh barramundi,
slow-cooked Provençal vegetables,
garlic,
tomato,
olive vibes,
fresh herbs doing their thing.

No cream.
No heavy sauce.
No food coma.

Just sunshine on a plate laa ☀️

Like if Bangkok, Marseille and Koh Tao had one very delicious baby 555.

Light enough for lunch. Teasing na.

At this point, the beef has been sitting quietly longer than some holiday romance on Koh Tao naaa.
