World Whale Day is celebrated every year on the third Sunday in February and this year, it takes place on February 19. This day seeks to appreciate these aquatic creatures that are an important part of the ecosystem. It also goes beyond that and draws attention to the man-made challenges that have erupted making marine life difficult. This is due to dumping waste in our oceans, and climate change, e.t.c.

HISTORY OF WORLD WHALE DAY

Our big blue oceans are home to some of the most fascinating creatures, and for centuries they have been hunted for varying reasons. Now they face another challenge, which is the loss of habitat.

To this effect, in the year 1980, World Whale Day began in Maui, Hawaii, to honor the humpback whales, which used to swim off the coast of the tropical island. This day was born out of an idea by Greg Kauffman, the founder of the Pacific Whale Foundation. He wanted to raise awareness about the threat of extinction faced by humpback whales.

Since then, whales have been the main highlight of the Maui Whale Festival. This free event sees crowds flocking there to enjoy a parade that includes floats and costumed characters. The festival even sees children’s events and music from Hawaiian and international stars.

What started with raising awareness for humpback whales in Hawaii has gone beyond that now. It also seeks to promote awareness of the oceans that are not as healthy as they once used to be. There needs to be a serious call to action to make the homes of whales a safe place for them to live.

Whales are truly beautiful. The blue whale grows to 98 feet in length and is the largest whale on Earth. The smallest whale, the toothed dwarf s***m whale, grows between six feet, seven inches and eight feet, 10 inches.

Thus on this day, we must all take cognizance of this rising concern and take collection action to preserve their natural habitat.

เป็นบังกะโลขนาดเล็ก อยู่บนเนินเขาที่ปกคลุมด้วยบรรยากาศ แห่งความรัก และความอบอุ่น

✅ในการสร้างบังกะโล แห่งนี้ เรามีความตั้งใจ ในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม และอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางน้ำ พยายามลดปริมาณขยะให้น้อยที่สุด
ลดการใช้บรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติดที่สิ้นเปลือง เช่น ขวดพลาสติกขนาดเล็กของ แชมพูที่ใช้แล้วต้องทิ้ง หรือต้องเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ด้วยการใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์ชนิดเติม ทดแทน

♻️น้ำจากการใช้งานในด้านต่างๆ จะผ่านการบำบัด พักนำ้ก่อนเสมอ เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการรดน้ำต้นไม้ เพราะพวกเราตระหนักดีว่า ถ้าเราเริ่มต้นการรักษา การอนุรักษ์จากตัวเราก่อน เริ่มจากสิ่งๆเล็กน้อยที่พวกเราทำได้ จะกลายเป็นสิ่งใหญ่ๆ ในข้างหน้า เราสามารถทำให้ เกาะที่เราอยู่คงความสวยงาม อยู่คู่กับเราได้อีกนาน เท่านาน และยังคงสภาพที่สมบรุณ์ ต่อไป.........

♥️ The Bubble Bungalow

Is a charming little bungalow located on a hill that radiates a warm and welcoming vibe. We had the intention of preserving the environment, conserving water resources, and reducing the amount of waste that we produced while we were building this bungalow.

🐠🐟 We make an effort to start with the smallest of changes in order to help the environment in any way that we can. For instance, in water usage, we make an effort to reuse all of the water that is used to water the plant that is located around the bungalow so that the water is not wasted. For instance, instead of using plastic bottles and shampoo bottles that are only used once, we switched to alternative packaging for these items.

🐳6 วิธีเดินทางมา Big Bubble
มาๆๆๆๆ ทางนี้เลยจร้า แอดมินจะบอกเล่าเก้าสิบ วิธีมาหาเรา แบบฉบับง่ายๆ .......แค่เก็บกระเป๋า จองตั๋ว เลือกได้เลย ว่าจะมาทางไหนบ้าง
เริ่มวิธีแรกก่อนเลย
1️⃣ มากับรถทัวร์​
เจอกันที่ ถนนขข้าวสาร ซอยรามบุตรี หาง่ายๆ มาก ออฟฟิตบริษัทลมพระยา รถทัวร์ ขนาดใหญ่นั่งสบาย จอดรอ พร้อมออกเดินทาง จากกรุงเทพฯ เวลา 21.00 น. ถึงชุมพร ประมาณ 05:00 น เตรียมลงเรือ รอบเช้า เวลา 07:00 น. ถึงเกาะเต่า เวลา 09:30 น.
2️⃣ นอนมากับรถไฟ ปู๊น ๆ
จะขึ้นจากสถานีไหนก็ได้เลยจร้า แต่เลือกเวลาที่ถึงชุมพร ช่วงเวลา 04:00-05:00 น เพื่อที่จะทันต่อเรือ รอบเช้า เวลา 07:00 น จากชุมพร
3️⃣ เครื่องบินลงชุมพร
ณ ตอนนี้ ลูกค้า ที่ต้องการบินลงชุมพร ต้องเช็คเที่ยวบิน เป็นปัจจุบัน นะจ๊ะ เพราะว่า เที่ยวบินของชุมพร มักจะเปลี่ยนช่วงเวลา และจะบินแค่บางวัน
อย่างไง ก็ตาม ตารางเรือ จากชุมพร - เกาะเต่า มี สองรอบ คือ 07:00 น. และ 13:00 น.
4️⃣ เครื่องบินลงสุราษฏร์ธานี
ควรเลือกเที่ยวบินที่ถึง สุราษฏร์ธานีก่อนเวลา 09:00 น. เพราะเรือจะออกจากสุราษฏร์ธานี 09:30 น. ถึงเกาะเต่า 14.15น.
5️⃣ เรือนอนชุมพร
ถ้ามาถึงชุมพรแล้ว แต่ไม่ทันเรือรอบเช้า และรอบบ่าย ....ไม่ต้องร้องไห้ ยังมีเรือรอบคำ่รอบสุดท้ายของวัน เรียกกันว่า เรือนอน ออกจาก ท่าเรือนอน เวลา 22:00 น มาถึงเกาะเต่า 05:00 น
6️⃣ เรือนอนสุราษฏร์ธานี
สุราษฏร์ธานี ก็มี เรือนอน เหมือนกัน จร้า เรือออกจากท่าเรือนอน เวลา 21:00 น. ถึงเกาะเต่า 05:30 น
🎀 เมื่อมาถึงเกาะเต่า ทาง Big Bubble จะรอรับอยู่ที่ท่าเรือ
