"The apartment is basic and good, it has all necessities such as towels, sheets, and kitchen appliances above normal standard for Thailand. The balcony is a bit risky for small children but the view is nice. All in all a good experience and the host is very easy to communicate with."

"Our family stayed at the apartment in late December, early January. I liked the apartment. The apartment has 2 beds, 2 sofas, dishes, all the appliances worked. On clear days from the balcony you can see a piece of the sea. Walked to the sea on their own with children 14 and 4 years old, on foot. By the time did not notice, but we are not bothered. Sam Condo really liked. We recommend this accommodation. We communicated with the owner through a translator, he is very benevolent. So do not be afraid to choose this option if you are without knowledge of languages."
