Job description
HIH is growing rapidly. In order to manage our current development and help drive the next phase of growth we are looking for suitably experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultants for our Bangkok office. Not only will you be delivering front end growth to this exciting and fast growing business you will also have the opportunity to help shape the company’s culture and brand.

The role will command a competitive remuneration package along with very attractive bonus and commission schemes for the successful candidates.

Role and Responsibilities
The role of the recruitment Consultant will include but not be limited to the following;
• Delivering industry leading candidates to clients using relevant, modern and effective search and selection techniques and tools
• Carrying out post placement/sales activities per company SLA’s with both clients and candidates
• Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing clients across multiple levels
• Arranging face to face meetings with candidates and clients
• Developing new business opportunities for both permanent and contract recruitment solutions
• Attending networking events, meeting new clients and candidates alike, including periodic overseas travel
• Ensuring customer service delivery assurance, with appropriate KPI’s, KRA’s, SLA’s
• Ensuring database is populated with appropriately qualified candidates via intern/admin personnel
• Managing use of external recruitment sites as required from time to time
• Optimizing social media awareness, presence, and opportunities
