It is my honor to extend a warm welcome to all of you on behalf of the organizers of the International Conference on Materials Processing Technology 2023. This conference, co-hosted by King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand, and Tokai University, Japan, marks the return of MAPT after a long pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The MAPT 2023 conference provides a unique platform for researchers, academics, engineers, and industry experts to come together and exchange ideas, knowledge, and insights on the latest advancements and emerging trends in materials processing technology. As we navigate through the new normal, MAPT 2023 will serve as a catalyst for exploring innovative solutions and promoting collaboration to shape the future of this field.

I am grateful to our distinguished invited speakers, participants, sponsors, reviewers, and the entire MAPT 2023 committee for their invaluable contributions and support. Your presence here today is a testament to the importance of this conference and our shared commitment to advancing the field of materials processing technology.

So, I invite you to take full advantage of this conference, engage in lively discussions, and make new connections. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Bangkok and leave with new ideas and perspectives.

Lastly, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to “ChatGPT” for its support in crafting this welcome message.

Wishing you a productive and memorable experience.
