📢 Important Travel Update for Foreign Visitors to Thailand
Planning a trip to Thailand after 1 August 2026? Please be aware of a new immigration requirement.
Starting 1 August 2026, all foreign travelers will be required to use the THIM (Thai Immigration Application) to complete and submit their Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before arriving in Thailand.
📝 How to Prepare
1️⃣ Download the THIM app (available on iOS & Android).
2️⃣ Create your profile using your passport details.
3️⃣ Complete your TDAC within the app.
4️⃣ Submit your application and receive your QR code.
5️⃣ Present your QR code upon arrival in Thailand for immigration clearance.
📌 Key Points
✅ THIM is mandatory from 1 August 2026.
✅ TDAC is still required, but it must be completed through the THIM app.
✅ Submit your TDAC within 3 days before your arrival.
✅ The new system is designed to make immigration procedures faster, more convenient, and more secure.
