** OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT **

Since the opening of Kessara Boutique Historic Hotel in 2018, up to 95% of our guests are coming from abroad and because of the outbreak of the pandemic, we are forcibly not able to serve such purpose as our foreign guests can no longer travel to Bangkok during this overly critical period.

To better prepare and welcome our guests in the future when the epidemic is over, we have decided to temporarily close from October 31, 2021 and will start renovation and construction a new low-rise building at the back.

Kessara Boutique Historic Hotel Team would like to thank you all your past support, and we look forward to accommodating you soon.

Kessara Boutique Historic Hotel has received the "Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration: SHA" certification from Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
The SHA certification elevates Thailand's tourism industry standards and confidence among international and domestic tourists.
Soft reopening on 1 Aug 2020, welcoming guests for a safe and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. Please keep following us for more details in the next fex days. We are looking forward to welcome you back to stay with us.

This is a difficult decision for us under this pandemic incident. Temporarily closing the hotel is the best solution at this moment.

Dear our lovely guests,

As a result of the official travel advice received from government organizations about the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), guests are unable to travel to or stay at accommodations located in areas that are severely affected.

❗️We will refund any prepayment and waive any cancellation costs (fees, expenses, and/or other amounts) in situations where the guests/travelers requested cancellations with check-in dates between March 22, 2020 and April 17, 2020❗️

The cancellations process
1. Should a guest look to cancel or modify the dates of a reservation through our website, our self-service tool, or Customer Service, we'll facilitate the completion of that action.
2. By using the self-service app, guests can cancel the reservation themselves without requiring additional actions from either the property or any online travel agents.

❗️Please make a cancellation at least 7 days in advance. We can not refund any booking that send request on the same day of check-in. “No Show” will be charge as normal.❗️

We'll continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of all guests, and will update this communication regularly.

Begin the first day of year 2020 with this news.

"All branches of Central Food Hall, Tops, FamilyMart, Matsumoto, 7-Eleven, B2S, Watsons, Foodland, Villa Market, Tesco Lotus, Isetan, Boots, Lawson 108, Power Buy and The Mall Group will no longer provide plastic bags from January 1, 2020 onwards in accordance with the government's policy."

The Natural Resources and Environment Ministry and 43 private shopping stores have announced “ Everyday Say No to Plastic Bags” campaign.
