Atmoz 15 : Monthly preventive maintenance.

Completed monthly maintenance on Tower 1 and 2 at Atmoz 15. All sensors, motors, turntable, bolts, counterweight, and control systems checked and fully functional. Auto-mode test passed on all floors. System ready for service.

The Rich Nana : Monthly preventive maintenance.

Completed 2-day maintenance on the Roll Park system at The Rich Pleanjit NaNa (6 basement levels, 417 spaces). Inspected all electricals, sensors, mechanical parts, bolts, chains, wheels, and lift cables. Also tested the Robot Trolley and replaced one Proximity Sensor. Everything is now fully operational.

PTN Parking recently completed maintenance work on the Rotary Mechanical Parking System at Paolo Kaset Hospital.

Our team upgraded the anti-sway guide rails, repaired mechanical and electrical components, and restored several parking units to operation. These improvements have enhanced the system’s reliability, safety, and parking capacity, helping the hospital provide better service to patients and visitors.

Atmoz 15 Ladpraw condominium : Emergency repair work: Arrived onsite within 1 hour. Inspection revealed a faulty proximity sensor. A replacement sensor was brought from stock and installed. The machine returned to normal operation. Total time for inspection and repair did not exceed 2 hours.

BIZOTEL Puzzle Parking : Emergency Maintenance at BIZOTEL Hotel

Our technician team responded to an emergency maintenance call at BIZOTEL Hotel.

We found that the wire rope of Pallet 306 had slipped out of the pulley groove. Our team conducted a detailed inspection, repositioned the wire rope back into its correct alignment, and performed functional tests. The machine is now back in normal operation.

In addition, we inspected the operation of Pallet 202 and confirmed that it is functioning normally.

Overall, all pallets are now working properly and fully available for service.
