Thanks for many messages and concerns.
Our Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18 and 20 hotels were unharmed by the earthquake. The vibrations did not affect our five-floor building. Some of our staff and guests who were living in the building at the time were not even aware of the earthquake.
Please rest assured.
However, we will call an engineer to inspect the building’s construction soon. We will update you as soon as we have any news.

Baan Sukhumvit is situated at the end of a quite mainly residential cul de sac so quite you would think it’s impossible to be so close to Sumhumvit Road yet it’s only a one minute walk away. We are a four minute walk away from the Asoke skytrain and Sukhumvit underground stations which can get you virtually anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. We have two beautiful parks, the amazing Terminal 21 and Emquartier shopping malls just a short ten minute walk away not forgetting Sukhumvit night market and for the adventurous the legendary Soi Cowboy gogo bar street. There are plenty of street food stalls, restaurants and bars in the area for a great night out whether you like the nightlife or just a peaceful relaxed evening or just chill out on our rooftop garden top up your tan, sit back with a cool drink and read a good book.
Currently, we have 2 properties, which are Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18 and Baan Sukhumvit Soi 20.
Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18 features eleven Thai influenced rooms all with different decor both double and twin rooms are all ensuite including air conditioner, safety deposite box, free Wi-Fi, LAN line connection, telephone and hairdryer in every room. Our television contains international channels such as CNN, Fox movie Premiere, Discovery Channel, and local Thai channels.
Baan Sukhumvit Soi 20 features twelve cosy Thai influenced rooms both double and twin all ensuite including air con, free Wi-Fi, television with international and local channels, telephone and hairdryer in every room. We serve a complimentary breakfast from 8.00am til 11.00am with a mixture of western and asian choices all cooked to your order. We have free Wi-Fi and a computer in reception so you can print off your boarding passes free of charge, our staff can also help you to book your tours and advise you on how to make the most of your time in amazing Bangkok.
