Our turn-key services include planning, implementation, value management, training and analysis. We are one of the strongest and most experienced teams in the wellness industry, with over 30 years hands-on experience spanning all elements of the Wellness Economy. We support owners and developers to conceptualise, build and manage wellness properties, integrated wellness centres, health resorts and

wellness communities.

• In operation since 2011, DSM has been working in many parts of the world advising developers and owners on the positioning and building of wellness properties. We have detailed working knowledge of integrated wellness operations, HR and training, marketing, general management and business development.
• The three owning partners –Joy Menzies, Samantha Foster, Sharon Menzies – have run some of the world's top, award-winning destination spas, (e.g., Chiva-Som, Hua Hin, Thailand); headed-up numerous global wellness organisations; and developed many successful international spa brands.
• With a passionate desire to see wellness services available to more consumers, DSM works exclusively with properties delivering wellness services and education. We support owners in preparing properties and services that work – offering true wellness to guests and profits to owners.
• We are proud to be the managing partners for several properties, including a 110-room destination spa in Ubud, Bali (Svarga Loka); a 50-room destination spa in Pune, India (Atmantan); a 4,000-sqm wellness club in Bangkok, Thailand (YSpa); and a 6,000-sqm city-centre wellness centre in Guangzhou, China (Qin; opening 2019).
